More Perl Modules
Stuff that I’ve come across that I should take a longer look at:
- Brackup
- Config::Format::Ini — since the developers at $ORK seem to be stuck on ini format for config files…
- Parallel::Forker
- Perl::Metrics::Simple
- Proc::Pidfile — very useful for process-level exclusion locking (i.e., making sure only one copy of something is running at any given point); need to upgrade to the newer version on work machines.
- SVN::Notify
- Text::Bastardize
- Text::Lorem::More
